  • Attendants/Aids = Accompanying participants with mobility restrictions.
  • Conference Lunches are included in the fee.
  • Gala Dinner for the participants is not included in the standard fee. A total cost per person of 67 euros is required. Please indicate in your registration whether you will attend the gala dinner and whether you have an accompanying person
  • Technical Visits, will be announced soon.
  • Proceedings (in digital support).
  • A pre-conference Welcome Cocktail, will be offered the 27th in the evening.

Cancellation Policy

  • Until 30th April 2015: 50% refund.
  • After 30th April 2015: no refund
  • Cancellation must be sent in writing to the Conference Registration Secretariat (helder.carvalho@abreu.pt)
