- Attendants/Aids = Accompanying participants with mobility restrictions.
- Conference Lunches are included in the fee.
- Gala Dinner for the participants is not included in the standard fee. A total cost per person of 67 euros is required. Please indicate in your registration whether you will attend the gala dinner and whether you have an accompanying person
- Technical Visits, will be announced soon.
- Proceedings (in digital support).
- A pre-conference Welcome Cocktail, will be offered the 27th in the evening.
